DTS was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Oak Harbor, Washington with a second office located in Richmond, Virginia. We are an SBA Certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Minority Woman Owned Small Business consisting of former military and law enforcement professionals. We've been there and understand the needs and tempo of our customers. The products we provide are specifically tailored to our customer's requests, with rapid delivery times and world-class service. Melissa

Chief Operations Officer
Melissa is the Chief Operations Officer. She was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia which has allowed her to be centrally located between the mountains and the ocean; two of her favorite places. Melissa received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a cognate in Accounting, as well as Human Resource Management coursework from Liberty University and is pursing her Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Prior to joining DTS, Melissa worked in the information technology field and oversaw all the operations for a locally based IT consulting firm. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, camping and ATV/UTV riding.

Kayla

Chief Financial Officer
Kayla is the Chief Financial Officer. She is an Ohio native and active duty Navy wife. Kayla graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a cognate of Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She volunteers as a Command Ombudsman for Naval Ocean Processing on Whidbey Island, WA, where she helps military families navigate through Navy life. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and three fur baby Pugs, as well as hiking and cooking.

Leah

VP of Fedmall
Leah is the VP of FedMall. She was born and raised in Manila Philippines and speaks fluent Tagalog. Leah has her Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an Associates degree in Information Technology. Prior to joining DTS, Leah was a Red Cross Volunteer for 7 years and worked in a hospital as Nursing Assistant. She also worked in the financial sector as a Bank Teller and as an Account Specialist Supervisor. Leah moved to Washington state in 2017 and joined the DTS Team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and Sicilian Shepperd dog, as well as traveling and learning about other cultures; she has visited Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia.

Christy

Mission Support Specialist
Christy is a Mission Support Specialist on the Army and Air Force team. She is a native of Seattle, Washington, but prefers the small town Whidbey Island life over the big city. Prior to joining DTS, Christy held multiple department head positions with Nordstrom and was also the Program Director for a local Boys and Girls Club. She is an avid animal lover, huge Star Wars fan, and loves cheering on the Detroit Red Wings.

Bryon

Mission Support Specialist
Bryon is a Mission Support Specialist for the Navy, Law Enforcement and First Responders. Prior to joining DTS, he was a Gunners Mate in the Navy onboard the USS La Moure and the USS Wasp. From the Navy, Bryon joined a Virginia Police Department, where he spent 14 years, with the last five years as a member of the SWAT team. Bryon's extensive military and law enforcement background enables him to know and understand exactly what his clients need, as he was once in their shoes.

Sabrina

Mission Support Specialist
Sabrina is a Mission Support Specialist for the Navy and Marine division. She is a native of Upstate New York and after traveling the United States, her family settled in a little town outside of Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining DTS, Sabrina was an Event Director in the hospitality industry and a Customer Service Manager in the Information Technology industry. Sabrina's husband is a Navy veteran and her children are Sergeants in the Marine Corps JROTC, with plans to enlist in the military upon graduation. The combination of family military experience and extensive sales experience allows Sabrina to provide our customers with superb customer service and product knowledge.

SAM

Mission Support Specialist
Sam is a Mission Support Specialist on the Army and Other Government Agencies team. Prior to joining DTS, Sam was a 15D helicopter mechanic in the Army and was deployed to Afghanistan under Operation Freedom Sentinel with the 3rd Infantry division. After separating from the Army National Guard, he attended American Military University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Management. Sam’s prior military experience enables him to have vast product knowledge, and a deep understanding of his customers’ needs. In his spare time, Sam enjoys shooting, camping, exercising and is an avid tactical gear hobbyist.

Maurice "Mosie"

Mission Support Specialist
Maurice is a Mission Support Specialist on the Army and Air Force team. He was born in El Paso, Texas but grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. Mosie enlisted in the Navy and was an air crewman on the P3 Orion and the SH-60 Seahawk. Prior to joining DTS, Mosie was a contactor for the Department of Defense, specializing in Logistics and Procurement. Mosie's prior military and contractor experience enables him to provide customers with superb product knowledge, but also solutions to logistics and procurement challenges. In his free time, Mosie enjoys exercising, a nice round of golf and playing billiards.

JACK

Warehouse Manager
Jack is the Warehouse Manager at DTS. He ensures the success of the warehouse by overseeing all receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. Jack grew up in San Antonio, Texas, enlisted in the Navy as an Aviation Structural mechanic. Prior to joining DTS, Jack was an assistant warehouse manager and HAZ MAT driver for a national freight shipping firm. Jack's previous experience as a warehouse manager and driver in the logistics industry enables him to have an in-depth view of complete warehouse procedures with the added advantage of logistical experience. In his free time, Jack likes to explore antique shops, play board / table top games and watching movies.
